NUI offers specialized training and certification for underwater welding in high-pressure environments, ensuring divers can safely perform subsea construction and repairs. Our modern facility includes a 50 m³ working chamber, ideal for training and welding trials, with capacity for 16 divers up to 65 bar.

NUI has the most modern onshore facility for Hyperbaric Welding trials available. The facilities include a large FV  50 m³ working chamber  that can be used in either a dry or wet configuration, and is ideal for training, verification and hyperbaric welding trials. The chambers have a capacity for 16 divers in three living chambers, and with three sanitary chambers (wet pots). All chambers are equipped with the latest Fathom systems for communication, monitoring and gas  analysis.

We can support clients with additional purpose built external regen units, manufactured specifically to assist scrubbing and cleaning gases in the working chamber.

We also can also support clients with accommodation and other logistic services.
