Eva's role and responsibilities at NUI will be; accounting assistance, payroll, and invoicing, general administrative duties, managing and updating social media platforms, creating newsletters and maintaining the website, assisting project teams with administrative support, and provide support for courses and conferences
Eva comes with extensive experience in administration, logistics, and digital marketing across various industries. Eva has developed expertise in numerous areas. Her background includes responsibilities in invoicing, order processing, accounting support, cost control, and logistics, as well as coordinating and following up with national and international suppliers and projects.
Eva has also worked with website design and maintenance and coordinated marketing activities. She possesses strong IT skills and quickly adapts to new systems and workflows. She thrives in dynamic environments with varied tasks that allow her to utilize both her analytical and structured approach to work.
