We are pleased to inform that Lundin Norway have joined The Association of Operators for Hyperbaric Lifeboat Reception Facilities (OFHB).

The purpose of the association is, through its ownership of companies and through cooperation with other businesses, to organise and coordinate the member companies’ interests to maintain the requirements for a sustainable hyperbaric reception facility (HRF)  for companies using saturation diving operations in connection with their exploration for and production of oil and gas.
The association shall through its ownership of NUI AS, ensure that NUI AS facilitates systems and contingency to secure a sustainable rescue and decompression back to the surface of saturation divers from an abandoned Dive Support Vessel (the “DSV”), also called hyperbaric reception contingency.

Members of the association is today Lundin Norway, ConocoPhillips, Equinor, AkerBP, Spirit Energy, Repsol Norge, Vår Energi and Gassco. These members are also represented in the NUI Board.

Associated Members are TechnipFMC Norge and Subsea 7 Norge.

Vi er glade for å informere om at Lundin Norway er blitt medlemmer av Operatørselskapenes Forening for Hyperbar Livbåtberedskap (OFHB).

Formålet med foreningen er, gjennom eierskap av bedrifter og samarbeid med andre foretak, å organisere og samordne medlemsbedriftenes interesser slik at kravene til et forsvarlig mottaksanlegg for hyperbar livbåter (hyperbaric lifeboat reception facility – HRF) oppfylles for selskaper som benytter metningsdykking i forbindelse med leting etter og produksjon av olje og gass.

Foreningen skal gjennom sitt eierskap av NUI AS sikre at NUI AS tilrettelegger systemer og beredskap som sikrer forsvarlig redning og dekompresjon tilbake til overflaten for metningsdykkere fra et havarert dykkerfartøy, også kjent som hyperbar mottaksberedskap.

Medlemmer av foreningen er i dag Lundin Norway, ConocoPhillips, Equinor, AkerBP, Spirit Energy, Repsol Norge, Vår Energi and Gassco. Disse medlemmene er også representert I NUI AS sitt styre.

Tilknyttede medlemmer er TechnipFMC Norge and Subsea 7 Norge.
